Currently create_mantis_dir inside of plot_utils creates a variable 'seg_name' as seg_name = fov + '_feature_0.tif' This script would be more generalizable if the user could input a segmentation mask suffix that defaults to '_feature_0.tif,' but allows other options in the event a different segmentation suffix is used.
