Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Per #799, we've separated out the summary file generation for pixel clustering as this was an issue for users. While not as crucial for cell clustering, aesthetically it would look more consistent if we apply a similar procedure here too.

Describe the solution you'd like

As with pixel clustering, define in cell_cluster_helpers.py functions to generate_som_avg_files and generate_meta_avg_files.
