Allow publishing of angular-ui modules to NPM #3

This seems to be coming up a lot, but if modules could be published to NPM as well, rather than to just bower it would be super useful. I'm happy to make the changes when I get time, I just need the time to magically appear. Before I sink that time in though, is that something that would be accepted?
