ng command : module.js : 471

while installing the angular-cli or @angular/cli, it is not getting install completely and this error message:
its asking for some VCBuild.exe , .Net framework 2.0 SDK and Visual Studio 2015.....
Not understand Why?
After this run "ng" :getting Error

I had similar issues, because i was behind a firewall and angular binaries were note able to download and install.

I used another machine and tried to install and it worked.
