How can I add to the parameters collection #429

Is it possible to add a router parameter pragmatically?
I have this route config:

        path: 'app/:tenantId',
        children: [
           ...

Is there some event I can subscribe to and then add this to the parameters collection? I can't seem to find a way to edit the parameters collection.
