Standard I18N sync from perspective of "should be clear from previous sync, just automated changes"...

Includes #12033 and #10706 and #12178

Instead of trying to actually review these, what I did was I headed over to the activity feed on crowdin:

And I verified that nothing happened between the last build for #12190 - and it turns out that nothing had....except one person that tried to translate the English version of "Decks" to ... "food" (!?). Which was clobbered by the sync

Anyway, banned that person. And that means we are by definition clear here. No non-automated changes.
