修复useContentViewHeight未计算 页脚 的问题。
当开启
页脚时，使用PageWrapper的contentFullHeight功能，实际计算高度未减去页脚高度。需要滑动才得以看到页脚。

第一次开启时，页面将计算两次height，未测试
fixedHeight: true的情况，看源码想必是没有问题的。
