Thank you for the feedback and taking the time to raise the PRs to fix the issues found. Unfortunately we do ask that all commits are signed and have the relevant gpg key signoff.
Happy to incorporate the change in the next release should you have any issues with the DCO checks.
Happy to take the PR otherwise.
p.s. have also found cause for the workflow and will be adding a fix for that too.
