Does not fail on invalid files

When specifying a file that does not exist the tool returns like it successfully scan and found no issues.

For example:

antd-migration-helper somefilethatdoesntexist

No obsolete syntax was detected. Well done!

Note however that only about 80% of API changes are detectable with this utility. See the migration guide for the rest:

Perhaps it would be more helpful to have the tool return the files scanned or at least a count of them so you can verify it is working,
