403 Fobbidden after 11/27 manteniment

I opened gotoBrowser as always, updated resources checked Kcanotify. but I get this error screen

update changing from DIRECT DMM to kcancolle.su / OOI allows me to load the game. then stuck unresponsive.
unresponsive meaning pressing buttons does the animation of click but nothing more. (might be a connection issue)

update : I tested using a VPN , and that fixed the issue. you will need a VPN to be able to LOAD the game on any of direct , kancolle.su and OOI.moe . once in game you can disable the VPN .

seems it is dmm or kancolle-related issue (maybe they changed their code), does this problem occurs even if you turn on gadget server bypass with DMM DIRECT, or change the endpoint to https://luckyjervis.com/ instead of https://kcwiki.github.io/cache/?

testing with https://luckyjervis.com/ -- endpoint -- with --- DMM DIRECT = works with just kcanotife + gotoBrowser.

kcancolle.su is death for me I will try with VPN as last resort later.
error with OOI.moe after clearing cache -- the game loads but in JP instead EN patch.
Testing kcancolle.su with VPN. -- works - this time manage to download assets. (needs JP IP to access and download assets/cache)
testing OOI.moe with VPM -- works (download assets - EN path does not work) (OOI.mode needs VPN to download but not to load)
CONCLUSION=
*OOI.moe needs VPN to download cache EN path does not work
*kcancolle.su needs VPN to load and to download cache.
DMM Directt Woks fine with only Kcanotifia + GotoBrowser + EN patch
