Large file size on JPG export #243

I'm exporting 1080x1080px JPGs, but they're exporting at 12.5MB files - if I was to manually go through and Export As, they come out as 1.3MB.

Is there any way to reduce the file size? Even if I reduced the quality to 50% they come out at 11.5MB. Settings below.
