Fixed-size 2D arrays can benefit from compile-time optimisation, and some matrix sizes are used frequently, e.g., 4x4.

A few changes I'm considering as part of this enhancement:

  • Defining a new trait for the TooDee resizing methods
  • Possible use of const generics (currently in rust's beta branch)
