Hi there,

Using on a PB190cs with a 3com pcmcia card. Internet is working, routing seems to work, but the wifi extension doesn't refresh networks anymore. I checked the password and ip, all good. I made sure json rpc was installed, it is.

Any suggestions on diagnosing? Thanks

fyi I have a feeling that some issues are created by all the different ways of turning the ar300 into stock OWT. There is an update method, a full-clean method - and then both options let you 'retain settings' from previous installation. That is 4 completely separate installations with potentially 4 different sets of configurations. We're not necessarily starting from the same canvas for each user, so the readme instructions might not always work.

Okay confirmed this today - did a fresh install of 18.06.0 and now the extension works again. I did this by doing the basic recovery (hold down reset & then plug into power, let go once red lights stop flashing) uploaded the: 'openwrt-ar300m-clean-2.264' file found on GL.Inet website, then afterwords flashed within the Luci interface to: 'openwrt-18.06.0-ar71xx-generic-gl-ar300m-squashfs-sysupgrade' found on Openwrt website and made sure I did NOT tick 'retain settings', so completely fresh.

So yeah - the new versions of OpenWRT do seem to break compatibility with the extension from what I can tell.
