不仅仅可以根据点图层进行标注，也可以是线图层和面图层
实现如下效果：

线标注的主要诉求是什么，沿着线路标注，还有没有其他？

在缩小线图层和面图层时，可能只在某个点显示一个标注，当放大图层时，会在线图层和面图层上显示多个标注
以线图层为例

线标注目前需要自己计算标注点位经纬，进行标注，面图层会自动计算面中心点就行标注
