request help: how to change admin_key when apisix is deployed

Issue description

i deploy apisix in my k8s cluster which instructions in https://github.com/apache/apisix/blob/master/kubernetes/README.md.

how can i chage the admin key when apisix is already deployed ?

just edit the cm of apisix-gw-config.yaml ; then apply in kubernetes?

Update the ConfigMap and apply it, and recreate APISIX pods, because the key is used only after restart.
