As of this writing, most debian based image scans report https://security-tracker.debian.org/tracker/CVE-2023-45853 due to a alleged vulnerability reported in https://github.com/madler/zlib.

madler/zlib#843 (comment), and proceeding comments, have a helpful summary why CVE-2023-45853 may be a false positive and not a concern.
