Add the asf-staged website preview support in the workflow

We need to make the staged website, cloudberry.staged.apache.org, work for a better direct website changes preview.

We have added asf-staging declaration in the .asf.yaml file line70, but still need to update the workflow to support this feature:

cloudberry-site/.asf.yaml
