[Feature][docker] Add UI to standalone server docker images

Description

Currently, standalone servers does not have UI components and users could not log in via UI after starting it. As an easy way to run dolphinscheduler, we should add full functionality to it and we should add UI to standalone docker images

I both test in branch dev and 3.0.0-beta-prepare and it work, maybe we have some issue when we build the 3.0.0-alpha docker image. ref:
