Description

Huawei Cloud & HertzBeat 's Feature Task

Currently, our custom monitoring define YML files are stored in the local directory, so we need to mount the persistence when docker start, or run the k8s stateful application, and it is easy to lose data.

So this feature is supporting using Huawei Cloud OBS to store custom define yml file to solve yml file store problem.

⚠️ Please try to use rest api instead of sdk to implement this.
