Cleanup minikube related files and methods to Kind

Description

Currently there is a lots of remnants of minikube used for testing in several modules.

After #376 is done, should continue and remove BDD tests minikube references and aslo rename existing resources ot use kind instead of minikube keyword.

GOAL
No trace of minikube resources when unused.
No minkube keyword used in codebase when unused.
