[sql lab] fix numeric sort in data table #3587

Currently numerical values sort as alpha, this addresses the issue.

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 70.145% when pulling 19c7db88c92baf4d41b8ca4c38f39dc95b871839 on mistercrunch:fix_sqllab_numeric_sort into 7e64f2e on apache:master.

Currently numerical values sort as alpha, this addresses the issue.
