Tests failed when I try to build scala-package from source

Description

I wanted to build Scala package from source. I just pulled repository (with submodules), compiled *.so libraries and run ./mvnw install. Tests was failed.

Error Message

I've got same result when compile libmxnet with make.

make USE_CUDA=1 USE_CUDA_PATH=/usr/local/cuda USE_CUDNN=1

which code base did you built on? It did not seemed to have problem on my end with most recent master build on CPU.
