* Add chart thumbnails to dashboard edit draggable charts.

* Reorganize hierarchy and add tests.

* Incorporate review suggestions.

* Update design and add tooltips.

* Fix missing thumbnails.

* Fix tests.

* Fix moving viz type label.

* Convert AddSliceCard to TS, update hierarchy.
