asymmetrical graphs

I am trying to plot 2 graphs that are symmetrical, they are fed by two .csv files in the same folder of the .html.
for some reason the bottom graph is plotting the "inverse" (i.e. plotting color where I would expect/want white).

I want the bottom graph to plot like the top graph, i.e. with the mass of the colored body "attached" to the y-axis on the right side.

does anyone know how to fix this?
