Related to: apigee/apigee-remote-service-cli#18

Not only service names have changed in 1.3 to have a hashed name: secrets, virtual services, and others have been as well. This affects this tls-volume name in this sample file:

https://github.com/apigee/apigee-remote-service-envoy/blob/master/samples/istio/hybrid-apigee-remote-service-envoy.yaml

And will affect the documentation for how to edit the sample for the environment.
