After moving things around a bit (0e0a88b) I am fairly happy we've settled on a chapter structure, but there's a few artifacts left.

One is that we have

Chapter 6: Connection Problems

and

Chapter 6: UX Pitfalls > Connectivity

I wrote ch06 from a fairly backend perspective, so I think it would benefit from your frontend perspective @mbifulco.

Do you think you could take that subsection, and fit it into chapter 6 somehow? Either interspliced with existing content, or with a hard seqway like:

"This is Mike taking over to talk about frontend specific problems because Phil is a backend nerd.." lol
