Issue:

Hi,
I have noticed that whenever iOS is on low storage, and the OS is updating, or some apps are updating that preferences data gets wiped on iOS.
Is the OS considering preferences temporary data and wiping it to make more space while updates are running?
Or is preferences considered a permanent data store and I'm doing something wrong in my app.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
