release: v0.1.7 is blocked

The release that was scheduled for today is blocked due to (what we believe are) some updates to Apple's terms and services.

We will aim to fix this problem and release next Tuesday, June 29.

I will revert the release commit and we can work off a clean trunk until we can properly build our cross-platform binaries.

The release commit has been reverted and the tag has been deleted.

This should be unblocked now, as I've accepted the new terms and conditions. We'll have to make sure the process is better for preventing this in the future, which is thwarted by Apple's adoption of their own proprietary 2-factor process that doesn't support TOTP codes but rather only phone numbers and Apple Devices, it seems?
