Is it possible to work with the lists, e.g. interact with a first element with defined locator?

So, I have this method to check the visibility of some element:

  public async isVisible(element: string): Promise<boolean> {
    await this.driver?.execute('flutter:waitFor', element, 15000);
    return true;
  }

using it like this await this.app.isVisible(testData.button);
and this method to click on some element:

  public async tapOn(element: string): Promise<void> {
    await this.driver?.execute('flutter:clickElement', element, { timeout: 15000 });
  }

using it like this await this.app.tapOn(testData.button);
where button is:

  get button() {
    return byType('Button');
  }

But there are multiple widgets with the same locator and it's not possible to add some specific to each of them
So, how can I check only first, second, etc.?
