I have a couple of customers, one of which has a Linux headless (Ubuntu) server but CUPS isn't listening to the default settings.
Its an Epson printer and we want to default to mono, double sided and output to the sorter. I can apply the settings and it looks like its being applied. But when we print it just does whatever the factory default is for the driver install.
The other one is similar from a Macbook directly. Again CUPS refuses to listen to what is being set as the defaults for that printer. I want to default the paper size to A6 from the bypass/manual feed tray. It looks like it has listened but when I print it just prints on the default A4 tray 1
Any pointers greatly received
Thank you
Daren
