Возможен ли релиз онлайн или GUI оболочки 
для быстрого конифгурирования индексов 
путей и т.д. в sphinx.conf ?

У нас нет такой оболочки, и насколько я знаю 
никто до этого момента не интересовался 
подобным

жаль структурирования конфига не помешало 
бы хоть на Qt4 или питоне
