remake the edit log UI using vue/primevue datatable

the edit log ("Recent Edits") is a perfect candidate to be upgraded to vue using primevue datatable component as it's fairly standalone

I like this idea. I wonder if we could use this as a way to improve the Recent Edits page e.g. suggestions like the following https://community.archesproject.org/t/recent-edits-to-show-more-than-100-entries/2414?

It's been mentioned (in the AfHER space particularly but I'm sure elsewhere too) that the ability to search >100 resources is a must have. I wonder what this would look like when the edit log is huge though...
