The current archwayd v0.0.4 does not build on FreeBSD (some gcc errors concerning wasm) and since there is no docker support on FreeBSD, please simply make the daemon Linux binaries available as regular releases here in this Github repo, since these can be run natively on FreeBSD making use of the FreeBSD Linux Binary Compatibility Layer.

I've added linux binaries to both releases 0.0.5 & 0.0.4. Could you also share the issues you were seeing seeing building on FreeBSD we might want to look at this in the future.
@edjroz I'm sorry but I had to give up on Archway because our validator didn't make it into the set of genesis validators.
The problem has been identified in the wasmvm library, which has to be built natively for FreeBSD (instead of using the pre-compiled Linux library the project provides). I have forked and patched the project, so my version is working on FreeBSD now (though I have not found a way for a universal solution that upstream can make use of, see issue #312 at the CosmWasm / wasmvm repo).
Sorry to hear that :/ , we'll be repurposing this issue to provide automated linux binaries for users. I also provided a comment in the CosmWasm issue hope it gets accepted for native compatibility.
