why NEC works but not Samsung?

Standard builds only support NEC, RC5 and RC6. For all other protocols you need to use the "IR" variants

how can i add this other protocolls to compiling? I compile with a customized env

No knowing what's in your override file, in general with this change all IR functions will be enabled
