Add NeoPool hydrolysis FL1 and Redox flag

Description:

Add two new status indicators to the SENSOR "Hydrolysis":

• "FL1": 1 = Hydrolysis flow alarm, no flow detected, 0 = no alarm
• "Redox": 1 = Activation of hydrolysis by the redox module, 0 = no activation of hydrolysis by the redox module
