Summary

In the docs on HA there is a note

[...] Additionally, IPv6 only clusters are not supported.

I have an IPv6 only cluster. I would like to run Argocd in HA.

Motivation

There is downtime of argocd when I do things like update AMIs. This sucks as ArgoCD has a great GUI to show how the cluster is reacting as nodes are cordoned, deprovisioned, etc as a result of updating all the nodes.

Proposal

It looks like there are a couple of issues similar to this (#11388 https://github.com/argoproj/argo-cd/issues?q=IPv6+is%3Aopen) but not exactly this issue. I'm not familiar enough with this project or golang to make a reasonable proposal.
