Support for create job from cronjob

Summary

Add support to create a job from a cronjob.

Motivation

We would like to be able to rerun a cronjob that has gone wrong or data has been updated.

Proposal

Same as restart on deployments but as a "create job" button instead

Current resource actions only allow you to modify the resource you are performing the action on. This feature would probably be an extension to resource actions to create other resources based on the definition of the resource you are performing the action on.
