is it safe to run multi replicas of an eventsource?

i seem to be missing some messages from sqs, i am running 3 replicas. i wonder if there is some conflict on timestamp where eventbus expects unique timestamp but replica1 got/sent msg1 at same time as replica2 got/sent msg2? then eventbus threw one away? even though the message contents are different @juliev0
