Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In R series if there is a single port in a port-channel it defaults to software LAGs, thus affecting convergence.

Describe the solution you'd like
The solution is to program port-channels with single link to hardware as hardware LAGs

platform sand lag hardware-only

This could be added under the default platform_settings as a knob and will be required on all designs.

platform_settings:
  - platforms: [ 7800R3, 7500R3, 7500R, 7280R3, 7280R2, 7280R ]
    lag: lag hardware-only

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manual configuration.
