Random coefficient that is not part of X #25

Dear @arteagac,

Is there a way to estimate a random coefficient on a variable not part of X? Or alternatively, force the coefficient on the mean to be 0?

Dear @friedertheo. Unfortunately, xlogit does not support forcing the mean coefficient to be zero.
