How to use --speed flag?

Where do i place speed flag?

Currently my plugins look like this

I use expo sdk 51.

--speed option can be set when building FFmpegKit by top level build scripts (android.sh, ios.sh, linux.sh, macos.sh and tvos.sh). If you want to take the advantage of it, you must build FFmpegKit locally and update your ffmpeg-kit-react-native dependencies to use your local build.

Is there any tutorial or guide/docs about that? Seems complicated.
