compute a Ks distribution error

Hello, I am running the code in the example file during the test software installation.when I run the code :wgd ksd sample.mcl sample.fasta,an error happened.

If you are using a random sample as in the example, you might have run in an unlucky situation where you have some empty alignment (well it seems like that...). I should capture those errors, but could you perhaps try again with a different sample? If the problem persists I would need the data, because at the moment I can not reproduce the issue.

Hi @arzwa, I am using wgd-1.1.2. and I also get the same error when running wgd ksd. Please see the attached log file.
