Although, I suggested IsBlank that that can get confusing with IsNull and in other languages isEmpty, it is debatably not completely clear.
In my opinion,
HasWhitespace is more explicit, does it have any whitespace
and
HasWhitespaceOnly is more explicit as well, does it only have whitespace
Included unit tests as well.
