HTML beautifier doesn’t work as expected

DocTest uses gem htmlbeautifier that is… well… not very good, but it’s the only one I’ve found that somehow works even for incomplete HTML5 documents (fragments).

I’ve fixed the most striking issues and send pull requests:

• Match element names case-insensitively threedaymonk/htmlbeautifier#12
• Preserve formatting inside a pre element threedaymonk/htmlbeautifier#13
• Add newlines after block-like elements threedaymonk/htmlbeautifier#14

Once the author of htmlbeautifier merges these PRs and release a new version, I’ll update the gem version in DocTest.
