Failure to install on macOS Ventura

Installation of this package currently fails on all systems thanks to the missing version 1.6.16 of mathematical.

Unfortunately, the suggested workaround (manually specifying 1.6.14) no longer works on macOS Ventura (and presumably any other system running a C23-compliant compiler) due to a compiler issue.

You can work around the issue by manually building a sub-dependency. I've raised an issue to roll out a new release with a fix for the issue. But until mtex2MML releases a new version, the only way to get asciidoctor-mathematical working on macs running the latest version of macOS is very, very manual & brittle.

I would appreciate a +1 on the mtex2MML issue and the mathematical issue by anyone interested in fixing this problem. This repo is quite a bit more active, so I thought this might help get some support to help fix the problem. Thanks!
