After shipping other issues in this AF3 milestone, try auditing commands in the AstroCLI to ensure we see expected behavior.

Define this ticket in collaboration with @iancmoritz and @neel-astro pre Day0. Potential things to include are:

Better test coverage for CLI commands
Creating new tickets for discovered issues
Documenting changes with the docs team
