Metadata Use Case #13 - As a metadata manager, I want a History feature which supplies/lists all versions of a metadata record as well as the dates/times the records were edited, modified, etc. and have the ability to revert back to a specific earlier version in case a more recent version contains edits, changes that do not conform to ASU repository metadata standards, or are erroneous.

Likely this can be met almost entirely by existing features in Drupal relating to "revisioning" - will require some permissions tweaking as well as work being merged related to versioning in Islandora itself.

Versioning for nodes is for sure complete, but we need to test it is working for "media" objects in fedora.

Since these PRs and my POC are not being picked up by the Islandora community - we can deploy with forks, or we can roll with just versioning on nodes (and not on media or files). I'll bring this back to repo dev for thoughts.
