Plugin labelled as "dirty"

So I tested angrylion-rdp-plus r8, and for some reason, the plugin was marked as dirty, and the video performance was choppy as hell.

Specs if you're wondering
-Intel Core-i5-8250
-About 3.35GHz
-Intel Graphics UHD 620
-8MB RAM

Is there any specifications that is required for not having this issue? I'm not really surprised that angrylion-rdp-plus can have issues due to it being taxing on the CPU, but I've never really seen this issue before...

The "dirty" flag is accidental and the result of my build script detecting a change in the local Git repository at the time of building the plugin. It's purely cosmetic and should be unrelated to the frame rate, which is more likely caused by the relatively poor multi-core performance of your CPU. It should still be enough for simpler games like SM64, though.
