Sort external terms last

Many ontologies include terms from external ontologies. Most of these are AnnotationProperties but not all: sometimes regular props are reused, and their descriptions are customised for the current ontology (a mild form of "namespace hijacking).

Use externalPrefixes from #19 to recognise such terms and sort them last.
