Keybind resolves wrong characters for ABNT2

Hi,

I'm using an ABNT2 keyboard (Brazilian)

the following is resolved wrongly:
ç -> ;
Ç -> :
" -> ~
' -> `
] ->
} -> |

I can see this in the keybind resolver ctrl+.

How can I configure my keyboard correctly? If a patch is need, I gladly would do if someone give me some pointers.
